Bonggot ISP Billing ("the App") is developed and operated by Bonggot Tech. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application.
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
Device Identifier (HWID)
We collect a unique device identifier to authenticate your account and link your data to your device.
Account Information
When you enter a sync code or register, we may collect your full name and role (admin, collector, or free user).
Subscriber Data
Admins and collectors may input subscriber information including names, addresses, contact numbers, GPS coordinates, billing amounts, and payment records. This data is only accessible by the authorized admin of that network.
Location Data
The App may request GPS access to tag subscriber locations. Location access is optional and only used when you explicitly choose to record a location. We do not track your location in the background.
Device Name
We collect your device name (e.g., "Samsung SM-M515F") to help admins identify which device is used for each login.
All data is stored on secure servers hosted at sikatpinoy.net. We use HMAC-SHA256 token authentication to secure all API communications.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.
The App requests Bluetooth permission to connect to thermal receipt printers only. We do not use Bluetooth to track your location or connect to any other devices.
The App may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob. You can learn more at policies.google.com/privacy.
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data using the Delete Account form on this page.
The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
