⚠️ Warning: Deleting your account permanently removes ALL data — items, stock records, activity logs, and staff accounts. This cannot be undone.

How to delete your account

Open the Bonggot Inventory app and sign in as the admin.

Go to the Profile tab (bottom navigation).

Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account and all associated data are permanently deleted immediately.

Can't access the app?
Email us at [email protected] with the subject "Delete My Account" and the email address you used to register. We will delete your account and all data within 7 days.

Note: Staff accounts are managed by their admin and cannot self-delete.
