1. Information We Collect
- Account information: your name, email address, and business name (optional) when you register.
- Inventory data: the items, stock counts, and activity logs you create in the app.
- Staff accounts: names and emails of staff you add to your account.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account and staff accounts.
- To store and sync your inventory items, stock levels, and logs.
- To process your one-time Lifetime upgrade payment (via PayMongo).
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely on our servers. Passwords are encrypted (hashed) and never stored in plain text.
The app requires an internet connection — no inventory data is stored permanently on your device.
4. Payments
Lifetime upgrade payments are processed by PayMongo. We do not store your card or
e-wallet details. Payment is a one-time fee with no recurring charges.
5. Camera & Bluetooth Permissions
- Camera: used only to scan QR codes for stock in/out. No photos are saved or uploaded.
- Bluetooth: used only to connect to a thermal printer for printing QR labels.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except as required
to process payments (PayMongo) or comply with the law.
7. Account & Data Deletion
You can permanently delete your account and
all associated data (items, logs, staff)
at any time:
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
8. Children's Privacy
This app is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 13.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.
